KAGEVA Terms of Service

Applies to the KAGEVA (child) and KAGEVA Parent apps and this website. Effective 3 November 2026.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating a KAGEVA Parent account or setting up KAGEVA on a phone, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use KAGEVA.

2. Who may use KAGEVA

You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose phone you set up, or otherwise legally responsible for that phone.
You may only install KAGEVA on a phone you own or are legally responsible for. Children do not create accounts; their phone is linked by a parent.

3. Using KAGEVA openly and lawfully

KAGEVA is a consent-based family safety tool. The child's app always shows that it is running and shows the child what their parent can see. You agree that you will not:

use KAGEVA to watch an adult, a partner or anyone you are not responsible for, or anyone without the consent the law requires;
try to hide the child's app, or change, copy, reverse-engineer or interfere with the apps or our servers;
use KAGEVA to harass, stalk or harm anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including talking with your child about the app where appropriate.

4. Your account

Keep your password and sign-in codes private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including a second parent you invite. You can remove a second parent at any time. Tell us straight away at the email below if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. What KAGEVA can and cannot do

KAGEVA helps you guide your child's phone use. It is not a replacement for your own care and supervision.
Blocking, filters, limits and alerts work on a best-effort basis. Phone makers, Android updates, battery settings, other apps or a determined user can affect them, and no filter catches everything.
Location depends on the phone's GPS, signal and settings and may be late or inaccurate.
KAGEVA is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (999 in Qatar).

6. Price

KAGEVA is currently free. If we later offer paid features, we will show the price and terms clearly before you buy, and payments will be handled by Google Play under its own terms. Free features you already use will not be charged for without notice.

7. Changes to the service

We keep improving KAGEVA, so features may change, be added or be removed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, especially section 3, or if we must by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by unlinking the child's phone and deleting your account in KAGEVA Parent → Settings → Delete account. See Delete your KAGEVA account for what is erased and when.

9. Ownership

The KAGEVA name, logo, apps and website belong to us. Your family's data belongs to you; we only use it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

KAGEVA is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm that results from a feature not working as expected. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using KAGEVA after a change means you accept the new terms.

شروط خدمة كاجيفا

تنطبق على تطبيق KAGEVA (للطفل) وتطبيق KAGEVA Parent وهذا الموقع. سارية من 3 نوفمبر 2026.

1. الموافقة على هذه الشروط

بإنشاء حساب في KAGEVA Parent أو إعداد KAGEVA على هاتف، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام كاجيفا.

2. من يحق له استخدام كاجيفا

يجب أن تكون بالغًا وولي أمر أو وصيًا قانونيًا للطفل الذي تُعدّ هاتفه، أو مسؤولًا قانونيًا عن ذلك الهاتف.
لا يجوز تثبيت كاجيفا إلا على هاتف تملكه أو تكون مسؤولًا عنه قانونيًا. لا ينشئ الأطفال حسابات؛ بل يربط ولي الأمر هواتفهم.

3. استخدام كاجيفا بشكل علني وقانوني

كاجيفا أداة لأمان العائلة قائمة على الموافقة. يُظهر تطبيق الطفل دائمًا أنه يعمل، ويعرض للطفل ما يستطيع ولي أمره رؤيته. وتوافق على ألّا:

تستخدم كاجيفا لمراقبة شخص بالغ أو شريك أو أي شخص لست مسؤولًا عنه، أو أي شخص دون الموافقة التي يتطلبها القانون؛
تحاول إخفاء تطبيق الطفل، أو تعديل التطبيقات أو خوادمنا أو نسخها أو تفكيكها أو التدخل فيها؛
تستخدم كاجيفا لمضايقة أي شخص أو ملاحقته أو إيذائه، أو لأي غرض غير قانوني.

أنت مسؤول عن الالتزام بالقوانين المطبّقة حيث تعيش، بما في ذلك التحدث مع طفلك عن التطبيق عند الاقتضاء.

4. حسابك

حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور ورموز الدخول. أنت مسؤول عما يحدث في حسابك، بما في ذلك ولي الأمر الآخر الذي تدعوه، ويمكنك إزالته في أي وقت. أخبرنا فورًا عبر البريد أدناه إذا اعتقدت أن شخصًا آخر دخل إلى حسابك.

5. ما يستطيع كاجيفا فعله وما لا يستطيع

يساعدك كاجيفا على توجيه استخدام طفلك لهاتفه، لكنه ليس بديلًا عن رعايتك وإشرافك.
يعمل الحجب والفلاتر والحدود والتنبيهات بأفضل جهد ممكن. وقد تؤثر عليها شركات تصنيع الهواتف أو تحديثات أندرويد أو إعدادات البطارية أو تطبيقات أخرى أو مستخدم مُصرّ، ولا يوجد فلتر يلتقط كل شيء.
يعتمد الموقع على نظام GPS في الهاتف والإشارة والإعدادات، وقد يتأخر أو يكون غير دقيق.
كاجيفا ليس خدمة طوارئ. في حالات الطوارئ اتصل برقم الطوارئ المحلي (999 في قطر).

6. السعر

كاجيفا مجاني حاليًا. إذا قدّمنا لاحقًا ميزات مدفوعة، فسنعرض السعر والشروط بوضوح قبل الشراء، وتتم المدفوعات عبر Google Play وفق شروطه. ولن تُفرض رسوم على الميزات المجانية التي تستخدمها دون إشعار.

7. التغييرات على الخدمة

نعمل باستمرار على تحسين كاجيفا، لذا قد تتغير الميزات أو تُضاف أو تُزال. وقد نوقف حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط، خاصة البند 3، أو إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

8. التوقف عن الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت بفك ربط هاتف الطفل وحذف حسابك من KAGEVA Parent ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. راجع حذف حسابك في KAGEVA لمعرفة ما يُمسح ومتى.

9. الملكية

اسم كاجيفا وشعاره وتطبيقاته وموقعه ملك لنا. أما بيانات عائلتك فهي ملك لك؛ ولا نستخدمها إلا لتشغيل الخدمة كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

10. المسؤولية

يُقدَّم كاجيفا «كما هو». وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو عن الضرر الناتج عن عدم عمل ميزة كما هو متوقع. ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوق لا يسمح القانون بتقييدها.

11. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر.

12. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

إذا غيّرنا هذه الشروط فسننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى. ويعني استمرارك في استخدام كاجيفا بعد التغيير قبولك للشروط الجديدة.
