Delete your KAGEVA account

KAGEVA Parent

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

  1. Open KAGEVA Parent and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. Tick “I understand this cannot be undone”, confirm with your password or SMS code and tap Delete my account.

Option 2 — by email (if you no longer have the app)

Send a request from the email address you signed up with. We confirm and delete within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in.
  • All linked children and their profiles.
  • Locations, location history and Safe Arrival places.
  • Chat messages, voice notes, photos and videos.
  • Screenshots and call history.
  • Alerts, requests, screen time, app lists and settings.

What is kept, and for how long

  • For each linked child phone, a small marker saying “account deleted” (no personal data, no link to your account) and the phone’s anonymous sign-in ID, for up to 30 days — so a phone that is offline still switches KAGEVA off when it reconnects. Both are then deleted automatically.
  • Server error logs, which may include anonymous IDs, are removed automatically within 30 days.
  • Daily safety backups of the database, which are deleted after 7 days — so your data is gone from backups within 7 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

الطريقة 1 — من التطبيق (فوري)

  1. افتح KAGEVA Parent واذهب إلى الإعدادات.
  2. اضغط حذف الحساب في الأسفل.
  3. ضع علامة على «أفهم أنه لا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك»، أكّد بكلمة المرور أو رمز الرسالة النصية واضغط حذف حسابي.

الطريقة 2 — بالبريد الإلكتروني (إذا لم يعد التطبيق لديك)

أرسل طلبًا من البريد الذي سجّلت به. نؤكد الطلب ونحذف خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • حسابك وتسجيل الدخول.
  • جميع الأطفال المرتبطين وملفاتهم.
  • المواقع وسجل المواقع وأماكن الوصول الآمن.
  • رسائل الدردشة والرسائل الصوتية والصور والفيديو.
  • لقطات الشاشة وسجل المكالمات.
  • التنبيهات والطلبات ووقت الشاشة وقوائم التطبيقات والإعدادات.

ما الذي يُحتفظ به ولأي مدة

  • لكل هاتف طفل مرتبط: علامة صغيرة تقول «تم حذف الحساب» (بلا بيانات شخصية ولا ربط بحسابك) ومعرّف الدخول المجهول للهاتف، لمدة أقصاها 30 يومًا — حتى يوقف الهاتف غير المتصل KAGEVA عند اتصاله. ثم يُحذفان تلقائيًا.
  • سجلات أخطاء الخادم، وقد تتضمن معرّفات مجهولة، تُحذف تلقائيًا خلال 30 يومًا.
  • النسخ الاحتياطية اليومية لقاعدة البيانات، وتُحذف بعد 7 أيام — فتختفي بياناتك من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 7 أيام.

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
